Born in 1973. Graduate of Psychological Educational Faculty of Dnipropetrovsk National University with the specialty of psychologists and teacher of the English language. Since 1995 has been working for the companies in various industries and spheres of economy (production, logistics, distribution, consulting, professional HR services). Since 2001 has realized more that 10 major projects on providing and servicing the staff in Ukraine and Russia. Andrew Samchyshyn, Head of HR-Outsourcing Dept.

Born in 1987. Graduate of Merchandizing Faculty of Kyiv National Trade and Economy University with the specialty of Expertise of Goods and Services. Has begun his professional career in public organization, in terms of which was researching the problems of consumer markets of Ukraine, participated in international conferences TACIS, organized by European Union. Worked as an analytic for international human resource holding. He sees the success of projects realization in deep understanding of client’s needs, fast reaction on market changes as well as in mutual aspiration of all participants to improve company’s business processes.
